Veterans and active military personnel can enjoy a complimentary donut at participating Dunkin’ locations on Veterans Day.
Dunkin’ doesn’t have a nationwide everyday military discount, but on Veterans Day, they offer free donuts to current and former military members. If you’re a veteran who likes donuts – especially free donuts – make sure you visit Dunkin’ Donuts on Nov. 11, 2023.

What the Dunkin’ Veterans Day Deal Includes
Dunkin’ is offering a free donut to veterans on Veterans Day this year.
“At Dunkin’, Veterans Day is particularly meaningful,” Dunkin’ spokesperson Madison Kolofske said in an email. “That’s why we’re honoring the dedicated members of the military with a free donut on us.”
The promotion is good for one free donut per guest while supplies last, Kolofske said.
When Veterans Can Get Their Discount
Some other restaurants only offer a free meal at breakfast, lunch or dinner on Nov. 11, but Dunkin’ offers its free donut deal all day long.
“We are giving veterans and active military a small thank you for their huge service – a free donut of their choice on Nov. 11, 2023, at participating Dunkin’ restaurants nationwide,” Kolofske said.
No Proof of Service for the Dunkin’ Veterans Day Special
Kolofske said you shouldn’t need to present military identification or make another purchase to get a free donut.
However, if you want to carry ID to be on the safe side, commonly accepted forms include military ID cards, Uniformed Services retiree ID cards, veterans ID cards, Veterans Service Organization cards, current leave and earnings statements (LES), discharge paperwork, such as a DD-214 or a driver’s license with a veterans stamp.
