Texas Roadhouse will honor veterans and military members with a free meal voucher this Veterans Day 2022.
During Texas Roadhouse’s “Texas-size Thank You for Serving Our Country” event this year, military members and veterans can pick up meal vouchers to redeem for one of 10 entrees, two sides and a non-alcoholic beverage of their choice (soda, iced tea or coffee).
Restaurant staff will hand out the vouchers on Friday, Nov. 11, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., according to a press release from the restaurant.
The Texas Roadhouse Veterans Day free meal Vouchers remain valid until May 30, 2023.
How to Prove Your Eligibility
You will need to prove your military or veteran status in order to claim your meal voucher. You can do this in a number of ways, but it’s best to be prepared before you arrive so you can quickly pick up your voucher and go enjoy the many other Veterans Day offers available this year.

When Veterans Can Get Their Free Meal
Veterans can use their meal vouchers as soon as Texas Roadhouse opens for dinner on Veterans Day.
Restaurants are always busy on Veterans Day, so check with your local Texas Roadhouse for hours and availability.
Meal vouchers are good until May 30, 2023, so you have some flexibility on when to enjoy your free meal.
How Texas Roadhouse Supports Military and Veterans
Veterans Day 2022 marks Texas Roadhouse’s 13th annual “Texas-size Thank You for Serving Our Country” event to thank veterans and active military for their service.
For more than 17 years, Texas Roadhouse has also partnered with Homes for Our Troops, a non-profit organization that provides free, custom homes for severely injured post-9/11 veterans.
In an email to Military Wallet, Texas Roadhouse spokeswoman Amanda Norton said that restaurant locations across the country showcase their community’s military members and veterans on a wall display.
These displays include photos, flags, unit patches and awards.
In 2020, Texas Roadhouse was named one of America’s Best Employers for Veterans by Forbes.
Texas Roadhouse is famous for hand-cut steaks, made from scratch sides, fresh-baked bread and a lively atmosphere. The family-friendly restaurant, which began in 1993, now has 678 locations in 49 states and 10 countries.
