Hooters offers veterans and military members a free meal on Veterans Day 2022.
Hooters will give you a free entrée from a special menu when you dine in on Nov. 11, 2022, according to an email from Hooters spokesperson Jeremy Juhasz. The special military menu lists the restaurant chain’s five most popular menu items. All you need is valid military identification.

Along with the Tuesday-night promotion, some locations give veterans 10% off their orders on other weeknights. Check with the nearest location to find out if and when it participates.
Hooters Veterans Day Offer – 2022
On Thursday, Nov. 11, all veterans who present a military ID or proof of service and purchase a beverage at any participating Hooters location nationwide will receive a free entrée from the Hooters Veterans Day Menu (available for dine-in only).
The special 2022 Veterans Day menu features:
- Buffalo Chicken Salad
- Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
- Grilled Chicken Sandwich
- Hooters Burger
- 10-Piece Boneless Wings
You can choose from the 17 Hooters sauces and dry rubs, including Caribbean Jerk, Texas BBQ, Teriyaki Samurai, Chipotle Honey, Garlic Habanero and Lemon Pepper.
The Veterans Day offer is only valid on Nov. 11.
Most Hooters locations open by 11 a.m. for lunch and remain open until midnight or later. Some locations close early on Sundays, so check with your nearest Hooters before arriving.
Keep in mind, too, that your local laws may prohibit alcohol sales on Sundays. Restaurants can’t make exceptions to local laws for veterans.

As with most promotions, you can’t combine offers. So if Veterans Day fell on a Tuesday, you couldn’t get your free meal and 20% off your drinks simultaneously.
